Iowa libraries that hold book discussion groups on any of the All Iowa Reads titles within the calendar year may complete this survey to be entered in a drawing to win a book set of next year's All Iowa Reads title for their library. The survey may also be completed anonymously by leaving the first two fields blank.
This survey should be completed by a representative of the library and only Iowa public libraries are eligible for the book set drawing.
