Use this form to request CE for a training event you or your organization are sponsoring. Examples include:
- All-Staff In-Service
- County Meeting
- Library Association Workshop
State Library staff reviews the application and approves or will get in touch with more questions. After the event, the organizer should send a list of participants and State Library Staff will add the hours to attendees' Workday Learning accounts.
There is a maximum of 15 credit hours for any one learning activity (conference, course, etc).
