Terms of Agreement

I agree to abide by the circulation policies of the State Library of Iowa. 

I understand that I will be held personally responsible for materials borrowed from the State Library of Iowa and for charges for printouts, copies, scans, and faxes that have been made in my name. Charges will be incurred for lost or damaged materials, up to $100 of the replacement cost.

I understand a State Library Card does not grant access to ebooks and audiobooks via Bridges or the Libby app.
