Keg Registration

Beer kegs purchased in Iowa are required to be registered with the retail establishments where they are sold.

At time of sale:

Use this form to record purchaser information.
Print out the submitted form.
Detach the bottom of the form and affix to the interior of the beer keg.

It is unlawful to sell, give or otherwise supply any alcoholic beverage, wine or beer to any person under legal age. Any person who defaces this registration shall be guilty of a criminal mischief punishable pursuant to Iowa Code § 716.6 and shall cause the forfeiture of any deposit, if applicable.
